The Tri-State Association for Corporate Renewal (TACR), the premier association of the region’s top corporate renewal professionals, has elected Sumner (Sonny) Saeks as its President for the 2017-2019 term. Saeks has served on the board since 2010 as Vice President, Membership Chair and Program Chair.
“With world events effecting our economy on a regular basis, and the many dramatic changes that have come with the rapid growth in technology and innovation, more and more businesses need experienced, capable professionals who can help them do more than just manage the challenges they face,” Saeks explains. “These professionals must give them, and help them use, the tools they need to thrive and succeed in a changing world. That’s no small task, but one we as corporate renewal professionals take very seriously — now more than ever before,” he adds.
“Through educational programs and networking events, TACR allows its members to stay at the top of our game, enabling us to share best practices, enhance important skills and gain knowledge of cutting edge developments in this multi-disciplinary field.”
